Fergie taking a break from music

Fergie has announced that following the completion of their worldwide tour she will be taking a break from the Black Eyed Peas. This doesn’t mean that Fergie is in a hurry to put out a follow-up to 2006’s The Dutchess either, as the singer tells AP that she is looking to spend her time working more with her charities and shoe line.

Fergie elaborated that in addition to her charity work and shoe line, which launched last week, the singer is also looking forward to attending Miami Dolphins games, which she holds limited ownership over. In addition to taking a break from the Peas, Fergie says the band has no plans to put out an album anytime soon, unless “they’re doing it without me.”
