It’s casting news galore today!!!

*It’s still early for official comments, but word on the street is Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger may have the part of America’s X-Factor judge. Why, you ask? She has nabbed the role of the Simon Cowell’s U.K. version, filling in for Dannii Minogue, who just had a baby. If Nicole does well with U.K. version, she will be on her way to fronting the American panel.

*We’ve got gleeful news to tell you. Academy Award winner Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men) will be playing a rockstar who befriends Artie on Glee! No word yet on songs or dances, or pretty much anything, but we will definitely keep you posted!

*From Daytime Soaps to primetime teen dramas, Blair Redford is in for trouble. He will be joining the cast of 90210 for the third season. He will play bad boy Oscar, who will move in with Ivy and her mom, and spell trouble for the whole zip code. Redford is mostly known for playing the third Miguel on the soap Passions.

*Scream for more Scream 4 casting updates. They’ve now got The O.C.’s Adam Brody, Grindhouse’s Marley Shelton, Community’s Allison Brie, Percy Jackson & The Lightning Thief’s Marielle Jaffe, Make it or Break It’s Nico Tortorella, Battlestar Galactica’s Mary McDonnell and Scott Pilgrim vs The World’s Erik Knudsen ready to run from the crazed ghostface killer!
