Foster the People announce debut album
March 1st, 2011
Handsome Los Angeleans Foster the People have been getting lots of love on MuchMusic as of late, so it’s exciting to know that the band will be dropping their debut album in the coming months.
Having released their debut EP in January, which featured the laidback earworm “Pumped Up Kicks,” the trio will put out their first LP, Torches, via Startime International on May 24th. That same day/night, the band will perform Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
Foster the People will also be heading out on the road with Grouplove and Le Sands, making two Canadian stops at Lee’s Palace in Toronto on April 3rd and Montreal’s Petit Campus on the 5th.
