Get involved in Trick or Eat this Halloween

Who can argue that trick or treating was probably one of the best parts about being a kid? But what if we told you that this Halloween you could still get dressed up and go door-to-door in your neighbourhood by “Trick or Eating”? All we have to say is count us in!

Trick or Eat is an annual event run by Meal Exchange where thousands of youth across Canada go out on Halloween and collect non-perishable food items instead of candy. All of the food collected on this one night is donated to local food agencies, such as food banks and shelters, across Canada. So, if you’re too old to fill your pillow case with candy or you just want to do something good for your community, then you should sign up for Trick or Eat today!
