Get It Started with Pitbull and Shakira’s new video

Pitbull and Shakira have teamed up to create another new hit, Get It Started. The video follows a man and a woman being watched and recorded by an all-seeing Pitbull. The woman is shown as being hauled away by her man’s henchmen, but why? Looks like she left him for Mr. Worldwide and it is up to him to get her back and take her (where else?) to a Pitbull concert. And Shakira sings from a tower. Not the most cohesive video ever made, but the beat of the song and the lyrics really stood out for me this time (thanks a heap Pitbull!). I can’t believe I just admitted I found meaning in a Pitbull song. Ah well, worth a solo dance party.
