Thanks to Converse’s Three Artists. One Song. campaign, We’ve heard what Kid Cudi/Vampire Weekend/Best Coast and Santigold/N*E*R*D/Strokes collaborations would sound like. The latest pairing is Gorillaz with LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and OutKast’s Andre 3000. Titled “DoYaThing,” the track will be available as a free MP3 from the Converse website tomorrow, but someone’s gone and leaked a radio rip that we can hear now.

If your expectations were high, well, I’d lower them. While it does sound exactly like what you’d expect it to, it can’t sound exactly like how you’d want it to. Let’s hope this kind of thing is not what Murphy plans to do in his “retirement.”
