Chuck

When I think men in scarves, two people pop into my mind. One is Chuck Bass. The other has a lightning bolt scar and is educated at Hogwarts. If Chuck is going to survive the icy temperatures emanating off Blair in his general direction, he’ll need this double knit scarf.
