Toronto’s best kept secret is an explosive four-piece called Greys. They just dropped a brand new EP called Drift, which you can hear in full here. Comparisons have been ranging from Drive Like Jehu and Unwound to fellow Torontonians METZ and well, just about every band that has been reduced to “post-hardcore” or “sludge” in a review.

Today the band unveiled their video for Drift‘s leadoff track, “Carjack,” which finds a couple of masked shit-disturbers trashing the band’s gear on a gritty, VHS surveillance tape. For their sake, I’m hoping that gear was on its last legs.
