Grimes & Majical Cloudz “Song for Ric” (Stream)

Today is a big day for Montreal’s Claire Boucher, aka Grimes. First off, it marks the release of her new album, Visions, which gets an international release via 4AD (and on Arbutus in Canada). Secondly, she’s taken over editor duties at the Gorilla Vs. Bear blog, which for today will be known as Grimes Vs. Bear. Seeing as she’s in charge, Grimes has posted a new track, a collaboration with her labelmate Majical Cloudz titled “Song for Ric.” You can now purchase to raise money for a new music site called Ad Hoc, which has been launched by Ric and Emilie, the minds behind the sorely missed Altered Zones site.
