Gwen Stefani the lastest celeb to join Twitter

She hasn’t even tweeted yet and the legendary Gwen Stefani has already garnered more than 8,500 followers on the popular social networking site, Twitter. To be honest, I’m quite surprised the original Harajuku Barbie didn’t already have an account, being such a media mogul and all.

No matter, though! Miss Stefani is here and she’s ready to get hit by a barrage of replies begging for new music. It’s been a while since we’ve heard from the Don’t Speak singer, so does this mean she’ll be out tweeting and promoting about new projects? Hope so… I really want to hear that golden voice on the radio again! Thus far Gwen has been using the No Doubt Twitter account to update fans on the band’s new album, so hopefully we’ll get more behind the scenes scoop through her personal account.
