Haha… She Said Sperm.

October 23rd, 2008

Basically, when it comes down to it, I have the sense of humour of a five year old.

I was the kid that laughed in class whenever the teacher used the word, “tittalating” or taught us about the mighty sperm whale.

So, it should come as no surprise when I was told that we were going to premiere the new Lady Gaga video on MOD today, that I giggled to myself after hearing the title.

Are you ready for it?

“Poker Face”.

Or, as I like to call it, “Poke Her Face”. Childish, yes, but that’s how my brain works.

It got me thinking about all of the other not-so-dirty titles that music videos have.

Jonas Brothers’ “Lovebug” is clearly about someone with crabs.

Lights’ “Drive My Soul” is totally about somebody being banged.

Flo Rida’s hit “In The Ayer” is obviously a euphamism for bum sex.

Leona Lewis & Linkin Park both wrote songs about periods - “Bleeding Love” and “Bleed It Out”.

Jonas Brothers’ “Burnin’ Up” is yet another STD song. No wonder they wear promise rings.

And who can forget this classic: O-Town’s “Liquid Dreams” (scientifically referred to as a nocturnal emission).

Let me know if you can think of any videos that have dirty titles. It’ll give me something to snicker over this afternoon.
