$4 billion lawsuit against Miley Cyrus thrown out

A $4 billion lawsuit against Miley Cyrus has been thrown out.

Earlier today, a judge dismissed the ridiculous suit filed by Lucie Kim, who took offense over a photo dubbed “Hanoi Montana,” where the star made a racist gesture by slanting her eyes.

Kim says she will considering filing an appeal, despite the judge’s ruling.

It’s obvious whoever is doing it againest Miley, is only doing it because shes rich! & has 4 billion dollars! aha duuh? Other then that, they know shes a normal person with they want her money! People these days! Are just in the world to complain!

why is miley i mean first the crash i mean i know she is a normal person like you and me i know some people have some bad things i her life but this that’s sad and plus i feel sorry for her because alot of people love her and inspire her and hannah montana and she has the right so im totally cheering for miley whoo! GO MILEY
