As we wait with bated breath for August 13th to hit us, Edgar Wright has released a short featurette to give us a better idea of what to expect from his big screen adaptation of Bryan Lee O’Malley’s Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
The 2:25-long short features interviews with Wright and stars Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Jason Schwartzman as well as new clips (i.e. Scott telling Ramona “I’m in lesbians with you”).
And just in case you have no idea what the film is all about, we present you with the Wikipedia synopsis: Twenty three-year-old Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) is the bass guitarist for the band Sex Bob-omb and has just met the girl of his dreams, Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead). Scott learns that he must battle Ramona’s seven evil exes, who are coming to kill him. As Scott gets closer to Ramona, his encounters include skateboarders, vegan rock stars, and identical twins. To stay with Ramona, Scott must vanquish all of them before they vanquish him.
Check it out below.
