We all have kept a secret from our parents at some point in our lives whether it was a tattoo, a new boyfriend or a too-short skirt. But Heidi Montag took it to a whole new level when she hid the extent of her plastic surgery from her mother.

Heidi hopped on a private jet yesterday with her sister bound for Crested Butte, Colorado where her mother and step-father live to reveal her new face to her mother. Ten weeks ago, Heidi underwent ten plastic surgeries in one day, the second time she has gone under the knife. She had her breast implants increased to DDDs, a brow lift, nose job revision, liposuction on her stomach and thighs and a butt augmentation, among other procedures.

Her mom, Darlene Egelhoff, was apparently horrified when she heard of Heidi’s transformation. Heidi told People magazine, “I still can’t believe I’m 23 and mom is reacting this way. I’m nervous to go home and face her – especially with cameras rolling.” However, Heidi also said during an interview with Nightline, “She was excited for me and she’s asking me for her surgery next.”

The big reveal will be caught on camera as part of the next season of The Hills.
