Hello From Matt Wells!

So, after spending my whole life on Canada’s perfect East Coast, beginning in my homeland of Newfoundland and Labrador followed by time in Halifax, Nova Scotia…it seems I could no longer resist the call of “upper Canada”, “the mainland”, “away”, “trawna”…yes, Toronto….words I thought I would never breathe – “Matt has moved to Toronto”.

I have left the warm hands of the radical MuchMusic show Going Coastal after almost 5 years; and am now going to be spreading my sarcastic smile around the streets of da big city, very excited to be joining a very cool bunch at MuchMoreMusic. Not that I need to remind anybody of the amazing music coming from Atlantic Canada….but that doesn’t mean that I won’t:

Jordan Croucher

Anyway dudes, there are so many other things I could talk about, like how happy I am that Rosie O’Donnell is going to be OFF the air again; how much I loved Grindhouse , how much I have been listening to Bad Brains lately; or how everyone should know about Africville. But another day, another blog…
