Look into our crystal ball
Watch our interview
It’s actually dangerous
June 14th, 2011
There’s only a few more weeks left before the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 and frankly, we’re not sure what we’ll do with ourselves once the last film comes out! We’ve been Potter-heads for years now and we’ve grown up alongside Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson… how will we move on?!
Fortunately, Emma isn’t feeling the same sense of loss. In fact, she’s looking all grown up and sophisticated on the new cover of Vogue, rocking crimson lips, slicked back hair and some seriously dark brows. In the interview, she says while she’ll miss her Potter family, she’s ready to move on.
“I have had no control over my life,” she reveals. “I have lived in a complete bubble. They found me and picked me for the part. And now I’m desperately trying to find my way through it.”
The 21-year-old actress says she actually wants to return to school. “I have felt for the last ten years I have had this battle; I’ve been fighting so hard to have an education,” she tells the magazine. “It’s been this uphill struggle. I was Warner Bros.’ pain in the butt. I was their scheduling conflict. I was the one who made life difficult. I just realized at one point that I can’t fight everything. I have to move in the direction of it—and go with it.”
Watson (who’s wearing Prada on the cover by the way) is definitely ready for the next phase of her life. And judging by the way she looks in Vogue, we think she’ll get by just fine!
