Hey! …

Hey! Kelly is not a jerk! She’s my travel buddy! Kelly, Kristine (Wedge producer), Jessica (representing for MuchMore) and I will be going to Los Angeles tomorrow morning at 6:30 a.m. (eek!). We’ll be hitting Coachella this weekend and I am so superexcited. I don’t even know where to start about who I want to see most. The two headliners, Beastie Boys and Red Hot Chili Peppers, are bands that I’ve never seen live, so this will be huge! There are also the bands I love that for some reason or another I have missed every single time they’ve come to Toronto (White Stripes, Interpol, The Music) so seeing those bands will be extra-sweet for me. I’m also really psyched to see The Rapture, Peanut Butter Wolf, the Hives, Black Eyed Peas, Blur (even though I was trampled at a Blur show back in high school – glad to be alive!), Felix da Housecat, Polyphonic Spree. Isn’t the line-up incredible?

While we’re in California, I also want to shop in L.A., visit the beach, and visit les discotheques. In other words, just relax. So, until next week, see y’all suckers. Air kisses.
