Hip-Hop Revival

According to Shadyblock.com, the one and only Sean (Diddy) Combs called up Hot97, New York’s blazin’ hip-hop and r&b radio station to talk about his latest endeavors. Not only has Diddy got the production of big-wigs such as Timbaland, Scott Storch and Jermaine Dupri, among others on his new LP, he’s landed the production of Dr. Dre!

Now, it’s been a while since hip-hop has truly dominated the charts like it did back a couple years ago, but it sounds like Diddy’s new jam might actually kick some freakin’ ass. I also bring this up because Diddy also started reminding us that Dr. Dre is still working on his new (and supposedly final) album ‘Detox’, which Diddy says he’s spit a few rhymes for. What the !@#%$, that’ll be the combination of the decade.

So it doesn’t take a psychic to prophesize that when these two heavy-weights drop their albums it’ll be a hip-hop revival that’s perfectly due. Yeah mofo.
