Hmm…I guess that last link of Matt’s was another hilarious Team Digital “Burn on The New Guy”. Will these crazy hijinks never cease?? Only time will tell…

Anyway, Much has been happening (ho ho) so bear with me; I assure you that it will almost be worth your while.

I recently played a reunion show with my old band Aftermath at Sheridan College in Oakville. It’s safe to say we blew the doors off the place with our 80s-era heavy metal. It was nice to play the old tunes, but we didn’t have any monitors and so all I could hear was the bass. I had to watch our singer’s mouth movements to know where we were in the song! Made for an interesting time, as any readers with band experience can probably attest.

Following Matt’s lead, I’ll geek it up for a minute: I’ve been hooked on Return To Castle Wolfenstein recently. I like this game so much that I upgraded my ‘puter to handle it. But even though I’ll admit to loving it, I think that something was lost going from the charming pixelation of the original Wolfenstein 3D to the sleek, smoove graphics of the newer game.

Nostalgic nitpicking aside, I am enjoying it. And with all the new prezzies that I bought for my computer (and all the snow outside), I feel like it’s my birthday all over again! [singing] It’s the most wonnnderful tiiime of the yeeear!

Talking about birthdays, someone I know whose name starts with K is having hers soon…
