I tell ya… it’s a conspiracy! Yes, since my return to Canada I’ve purchased tickets to all of three IDM shows, which by IDM standards is quite a lot to have in one city in such a short time span. Most of them were cancelled within hours of the doors opening siting numerous reasons ranging from customs hold ups to the Warp Records “Magic Bus” breaking down just short of the New York/Ontario border! Can you believe that, they fly 3000 miles across an ocean… they drive another 3000 miles across America and breakdown less than 200 miles from my tour date! DAMNIT! One day… one day…

In other news, I’m on the verge of purchasing my first van! It’s a 1980 Chevy G20 with a fully furnished interior… four electric captains chairs and a bed in the back. Of course don’t forget that it’s deep purple exterior and baby blue wall to wall/floor to ceiling carpeting make it the ultimate shaggin’ wagon. However it shall be coined the almighty “Van of Tiki“!

Anyhoo… enough of that, on with the show. Our next act fancies himself a clever one hailing from the burbs and musically inclined to the hilts… it’s Matt 2.0.
