In today’s least shocking piece of news, Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce. While I would never wish anyone’s marriage ill will, if you’re like me and for some reason hate yourself enough to watch the four hour wedding special on E! between Kardashian and her soon to be ex Kris Humphries, it was pretty apparent that the two should have never gotten married. Their lack of chemistry, shared morals and any interests at all in the same thing was amplified by the billionth as a result of Kim’s agreement to make her life the Truman show.

This morning Ryan Seacrest, who among his many, many jobs is the Executive Producer of all Kardashian related shows (please don’t make me count how many there are) announced via Twitter that Kim is indeed filing for divorced. In the Kardashian world it doesn’t get more official than that. Seacrest tweeted Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins.

When most people file for divorce it’s a painful, private event. Apparently when you file for divorce after a 72-day marriage and a wedding with a rumoured price tag of $10 million, you want the world to know immediately. Once thing is for sure – this divorce means that it won’t be long before we see another Kim K. reality show.
