Jenna and Toby return on next week’s brand new Pretty Little Liars!

Jenna finally had her surgery and in next week’s episode she returns to Rosewood not only with the ability to see, but with her step brother and Spencer’s ex-boyfriend, Toby. In this sneak peek we see an even more dangerous Jenna (good luck hiding now girls!) and new guy Duncan, who I assume is the dude that called Aria by Alison’s fake name, Vivian.
