Joaquin Phoenix resurfaces… with Miley!?!

Joaquin Phoenix has finally resurfaced after last year’s bizarre bearded public appearances – and he looks good! Phoenix appears freshly groomed in a promo video for suicide prevention organization To Write Love on Her Arms alongside Miley Cyrus and Liv Tyler.

In the video, Cyrus shows Phoenix how to log onto the TWHOLA website and vote for the organization to get a chance to win $1 million. She even teaches Phoenix who Lady Gaga is (maybe he really was living under a rock).

TWLOHA is a non-profit organization aimed at finding help for people struggling with self-injury, addiction, depression and suicidal thoughts. TWLOHA founder Jamie Tworkowski explains in the video that Phoenix often has writing on his arms, which inspired the name of the organization.
