John Blackwell returns on tonight’s new episode of The Secret Circle!

At the end of last week’s Valentines Day episode we saw a glimpse of a man’s hand with the design on Cassie’s medallion carved into the skin (ouch!). In these sneak peek pics of tonight’s brand new episode of The Secret Circle, airing at 9 pm ET on MuchMusic, we have confirmation that Cassie’s father and holder of dark magic, John Blackwell, is returning to Chance Harbor!
