Want to know what Justin Bieber was like when he was young? And by young, I mean 12 years old, not 15. Check out this video that a fan posted on YouTube. The fan saw Bieber busking in his hometown of Stratford, and although Bieber was unknown at the time, the fan said it was evident then that he had star power.

Bieber tweeted today about the video clip, which he apparently had not seen before. Aw cute!
