Justin Bieber nearly arrested for throwing water balloon at cop

Justin Bieber can pretty much get away with anything these days. I mean, who’s to stop him? He kinda proved that this past Sunday when during a water balloon fight backstage, he launched one at the crotch of a state trooper at the Maryland State Fair.

According to E! Online, the officer was working security for Bieber’s performance at the fair when he was nailed in the gun belt (aka crotch region) with a water balloon. Another cop had a balloon graze his chest.

A state police spokesman called Bieber’s behaviour “inappropriate” but thanks to the smooth talking of one of his bodyguards, the officer decided not to cuff him and disappoint the 12,000 or so fans waiting to see him perform.
