Justin Bieber’s week is going from bad to worse. The Boyfriend singer was pulled over in his white Ferrari for making a dangerous left turn in West Hollywood last night and was then issued a ticket after police officers discovered his registration for the supercar had expired. This event comes on the tail of reports that Bieber’s girlfriend of two years, Selena Gomez, broke up with the singer last week because she felt she couldn’t trust him to be faithful. Maybe she couldn’t trust him to yield to oncoming traffic.
Law enforcement sources confirmed to TMA that the 18-year-old popstar, who was driving with a friend at the time, was completely compliant with police and was issued a ticket for not having valid registration. Justin didn’t appear to be too concerned about his minor brush with the law as he posted a picture of the police car on his Instagram site. Now the real question – filter or no filter?
Meanwhile, sources close to the star have dismissed reports he proposed to 20-year-old Selena twice prior to their high profile split. PerezHilton.com claimed that a source revealed “They have agreed to never, never, ever talk about the proposals! It would be far too damaging to his reputation if people found out that a smaller star turned down a bigger star.” But rival website GossipCop.com later claimed the story was “completely false” and also said that Selena dumped Justin because he was “too needy”.
Gomez is reportedly struggling to get over their break-up, but is happy to have the support of her family and friends. A source told EOnline.com “It’s hard for her. It’s really good she’s with family and friends.”
