Kanye West is finding himself getting deeper and deeper into a hole with his new video for “All of the Lights.” As if it wasn’t bad enough that he and director Hype Williams are being accused of stealing “themes” from French filmmaker Gaspar Noé’s 2009 flick Enter the Void, now a group that researches what triggers epileptic seizures is complaining that the video should be pulled from television and online.
Via AllHipHop.com, a UK-based group called Epilepsy Action is condemning the “All of the Lights” video, saying that the speed in with those infamous lights flash can cause seizures in people that suffer from epilepsy.
The group claims to have submitted the video to Cambridge Research Systems, which then analyzed the video using a machine called the HardingFPA.
“This machine looks at whether video footage is likely to cause seizures,” Epilepsy Action said in a statement. “We have today had confirmation that it contains material that may cause seizures in some people with photosensitive epilepsy.”
As of this moment, the video has been pulled from YouTube.Tweet
