Kardinal Offishall – “Mr. Parker” (video)

The Kardinal Offishall/Nottz Raw collaborative mixtape, Allow Me To Reintroduce Myself, has released a video for another single, “Mr. Parker.” Featuring Shi Wisdom on vocals, Kardinal takes us back to his school days in Mr. Parker’s classroom. Rapping over an incredibly appropriate sample of Jackson 5‘s “ABC,” this track is much more feel-good than Kill Shot’s exploration of the ramifications of gun violence. My only beef is that he’s sporting a Yankees jersey for the bulk of the video, they’re division rivals!
