Kate Nash Hits North America (Sorta)

I could not be more excited right now. One of my favourite artists of 2007 just announced four North American dates — and one of them happens to be TORONTO!!!!

Yay Kate Nash!

She’ll be playing Toronto’s Mod Club on January 7th, and her MySpace tells us that tickets go on sale tomorrow (Friday).

If you happen to be in the GTA area on said date, then definitely grab yourself some tickets. A tiny, intimate venue like MOD club will suit her perfectly.

And if you aren’t in the GTA area on said date, then hopefully she adds more cities to this extremely odd mini-tour.

If you have no idea who I’m talking about, then you need to get all edumacated. Her album, Made of Bricks, is phenomenal. She’s wonderfully cheeky. If you like Lily Allen, you’ll LOVE Kate Nash, because, well, Kate Nash is better. (Yes, Wendy, I went there).
