Ke$ha calls out Britney for lip-syncing

Ke$ha is attacking Britney Spears for lip-syncing. The pop-star says she would never lip-sync and thinks when other artists do so it’s insulting to their fans. According to Ke$ha, lip-syncing is “treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing,” which is why she claims she will always sing live.

Ke$ha does try to backpedal a bit, saying “no offense to [Britney] specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime.”

Now I like Ke$ha and all, but she’s attacking pop royalty! No word from Britney’s camp yet…
