Ke$ha has announced plans to release not only a new album this year, but also a new book. In addition to the Tik Tok singer’s sophomore disc Warrior hitting shelves on December 4, Ke$ha’s illustrated memoir My Crazy Beautiful Life will be available on November 20.

The memoir is said to follow Ke$ha from childhood to international superstardom after her song about partying like P. Diddy and chugging Jack Daniels pushed the back up singer into the spotlight in 2009. In a statement about My Crazy Beautiful Life, taken from a lyric on Ke$ha’s debut album Animal, the singer says “In less than three years I’ve gone from being the worst waitress in LA to living out my childhood dreams of singing my songs to people all over the world. Sometimes, it feels as if the last few years have encompassed a few decades.”

Hoping to show fans the unseen side of her journey, Ke$ha says “You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage and on the red carpet, or in a music video, but that’s only a part of the story. In these pages, I’m revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It’s not all glamorous and it’s not all pretty, but it’s all real.”

If you’re thinking that it seems strange for Ke$ha of all people to be releasing a book, let me point out that four of the seven cast members of Jersey Shore are published. So ya, do your thang, Ke$ha.
