Kelis vs PETA

Kelis has begun a war of words with PETA.

The R&B singer was asked to stop flaunting her fur by the animal protection organization, but instead of apologizing Kelis went to her MySpace blog to slam the request.

In the rant the former Mrs. Nas Jones defends her meat-eating ways and how she feels “glorious” wearing fur, adding, “If u want to preach do it about something worthwhile don’t waste my time trying to save the dang chipmunk.”

Kelis is currently working on a line of fashion accessories called Cake. No word has been given as to whether any furry critters will be one of them…
