Kelly Clarkson covers Michael Buble in Toronto

Kelly Clarkson has been touring non-stop all summer and on Tuesday night, she rolled on through Toronto for a show at the Molson Amphitheatre. As part of a nightly tradition she’s started up, the singer chose a fan request for a song to cover and learned it that day. So, of course, since she was in Canada, she decided to choose one of Canada’s brightest stars at the moment – Michael Buble’s Home.

“He’s hilarious on top of being super talented,” Clarkson tells the crowd, prefacing the song. “I hope I don’t ruin it because I really like this song!”

Clarkson’s wide vocal range didn’t ruin the song but it in fact added to it, creating new dimensions to the otherwise crooner of a song.
