Kim Kardashian gets a new kitten, names it after a Kanye song

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are in a serious relationship. They’ve starred in a commercial together (the promo for the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards…which neither showed up to), he’s rapped about her in his song, and now, she has named a kitten after one of Kanye’s songs. See? SERIOUS.
Kim took to Twitter recently to introduce us to her new pet, Mercy, an adorable white kitten which looks like it was literally ripped out of a cute kitten calendar. Kim’s “new baby” sports the same name as a song off of her boyfriend’s new G.O.O.D. compilation, Cruel Summer.
Is this kitten just an adorable internet meme version of a giant billboard promoting Kanye’s new album? Who knows. At least she didn’t name the kitten Monster.
