Lady Gaga debuts new track!

Ahh! Stories like this make my day. Lady Gaga was performing at Elton John’s White Tie and Tiara Ball late last week and over the weekend it hit the internets that she performed a brand new song!

While sitting onstage, Gaga said “This is a brand-new record that no one’s ever heard before … ever. And I’ve never, ever played it live, ever,” and launched into a bluesy rock n’ roll ballad called “You and I” on the piano.

The song sounded like it was an ode to her hometown of New York and Gaga actually tweeted later that the song was written on the piano she grew up on in New York. And let me tell you, the track is hot! I love it! I really hope she puts it on her next album.
