You can say what you want her about reality-TV beginnings or her supposed “feud” with Whitney Port (we asked: it’s not true), but you can’t deny that Lauren Conrad is a hard worker who’s constantly surprising us with what she comes up with next.

After a successful dress line and a number of best-selling books, LC is unveiling her latest venture: a brand new clothing line called “Paper Crown.” And guess what? We are LOVING every single piece!

The clothes feel clean and fresh, with an emphasis on pieces that can be mixed and matched and worn in many different ways. Lauren said she wanted to make clothes that were modern and stylish but not overly trendy. Think pretty sweaters, pants and blouses perfect for spring, with “edgier” pieces like leather shorts and boyfriend blazers. The materials are super soft and cozy (like silk and chiffon) while LC chose feminine colours like cream, soft gray and light blue to complete the look.

While other celebrity lines are priced in the thousands of dollars, the pieces in “Paper Crown” will range from $69 (for jersey tops) to $400 (for long dresses). As for what the young fashionista thinks of her line? Lauren says she loves it, because it’s what she wears every day! “Those are the pieces I gravitate towards,” she gushes. “I want customers to love each piece!”

Mission accomplished!
