Leah: Chocolate Bark

I can’t believe Christmas eve is on Monday.. So crazy how quickly time flies!!

Today is my last day at work.. then I’m on vacation for 2 weeks!!!
YAY!! I can’t wait to do absolutely nothing.. relax at home.. bake.. eat.. watch tv.. go to the movies..etc.etc.etc. We’re going to go tobogganing on Friday night.. Knowing me I’ll fly off & tumble down the hill.. I’m such a klutz!! Haha!

Last night I made BARK.. it is so yummy..

Here’s how you do it:

- Get a baking sheet, & line it with parchment paper.
- melt chocolate (milk & white) in 2 separate bowls
- once melted, add in crushed candy cane, or raisins & sliced almonds.. whatever you’d like in your chocolate.
- scoop large spoonfuls of the chocolate onto the baking sheet in rows.. 1 scoop of milk chocolate.. then 1 scoop of white chocolate underneath it.. until the chocolate is done.
- take a knife & drag the tip through the chocolate in swirls.. so that the white/milk chocolate are marbled/connected
- put in the refrigerator for an hour or so
- after it’s cold break it into small pieces..

Super simple.. & it tastes SO GOOD!!!
