Just sitting at my desk, getting ready for MOD! Belly is on today & Bedouin Soundclash are on tomorrow - it’s been a busy week!

The weekend is almost here…YAY! I think in my last entry I wrote about cookies…yummy chocolate chunk cookies!
I made some on the weekend - had a dinner party (friends over) on Sunday night, & only 2 were left! I was quite sad! I know I baked them with the intention of people eating them…they were dessert…BUT STILL, I wanted more to be left, so I could eat them! Hahahahah! I’m a piglet! I bought the Barefoot Contessa cookbook yesterday that has the recipe in it, so I no longer have to spend $13.99 on a cookie mix! (that’s ridiculously expensive) As I said we had a bunch of people over for dinner on Sunday night. Two other couples - it was my first time cooking dinner for 6 people! Oh my goodness was I exhausted!

I felt bad because I spent most of the night in the kitchen cooking, cleaning…I hardly even got to hang out with our guests. When I finally finished cleaning up, we put a movie on, but unfortunately I fell asleep on the couch @ 10pm! hahah! I’m such a loser. I woke up after midnight when our guests were leaving!

Next time I’ll cook something simple like lasagna.

Anyways…gonna go get ready for the show..if you’re bored over the weekend you should rent Shut Up & Sing…it’s a documentary on the Dixie Chicks & it’s AMAZING! OR you should go see Superbad (it’s hilarious!)
