Miley Cyrus recently had her peroxide blonde pixie style cut even shorter with shaved sides and her 22-year-old The Hunger Games star fiance reportedly loves her new edgy hairstyle. A source close to the couple told gossip website RadarOnline.com “Miley talked about cutting her hair even shorter and Liam was fully behind her decision. He loves that she’s become so daring with her looks and thinks Miley looks great with an edgier hairstyle.”

The source tells the site “When Miley told him she was thinking of cutting it, Liam immediately told her to go for it. He thinks she’s got such a pretty face and that short hair makes her eyes look even more beautiful. She realises that people will speculate that she is perhaps rebelling, or going mad, but she’s just a young girl trying something different. Miley’s not gone crazy, she’s just trying something new.”

Miley, who is set to celebrate turning 20 this Friday and is planning to release a new album soon, was spotted showing off her new shorter crop during a visit to Ambassador Theatre on Sunday where she attended a performance of her father’s show Chicago with her entire family.
