Lily Allen says being married is better than she ever imagined. Lily tied the knot with her husband Sam Cooper last year and she admits the union has surpassed all her expectations and feels very blessed with her life. Currently pregnant with the couple’s second child, Lily commented, “I know that I’m very lucky. Marriage has been everything I hoped for and more. I have a nice house and a housekeeper and a personal assistant, and I also have a great husband who helps me a lot. I couldn’t do it on my own.”

Lily, alongside Sam and their daughter Ethel, also revealed how she won’t be bringing her children up in the same way she was raised. The Smile hit maker and daughter of actor Keith Allen and Alison Owen told The Sun newspaper, “When you have kids you do look at your parents and think, ‘Would I bring up my child the same way?’, and the answer is, not necessarily… I was taken to the Glastonbury Festival every year but I won’t be taking Ethel there – although that’s more for selfish reasons, because I want to go and enjoy myself!”
