Lily Allen surprised some already surprised music fans when she made an appearance at Pink’s secret show in Los Angeles last night. Pink was taping her November episode of VH1′s Storytellers when Allen, who is now going by her married name Lily Rose Cooper, showed up to perform their collaboration True Love.

Pink took to her Twitter account to thank Lily after the performance last night, tweeting “I filmed Vh1 Storytellers last night – dream come true performance. Thanks Lily Rose Cooper… for joining me!!!!”. Lily, who recently announced that she was coming out of retirement to record new music, talked to The Sun in the UK about her performance with Pink, saying “It was great, felt strange being back on stage again but Pink made me feel at ease. Really enjoyed myself though. Can’t wait to get back out there.”

The new track, featuring vocals by Pink and Lily, will be featured on Pink’s upcoming sixth studio album The Truth About Love, due out September 18th. The album also features collaborations with Eminem and fun.’s lead singer Nate Ruess.
