For anyone wondering whether troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan and new member of the bad girls club Amanda Bynes were going to band together in solidarity of terrible life choices, they’re not. Lohan wants to know why she’s been thrown in jail and has spent time in and out of the Los Anglese legal system while fellow child star, Amanda Bynes, is still a free woman.

Bynes is currently facing two hit-and-run charges and one DUI charge. Her car was finally impounded over the weekend after she was found driving with a suspended license. TMZ has obtained photos of the actress in her car smoking what looks like a marijuana pipe while sitting in the driver’s seat.

Lohan served jail for violating probation set after being charge with a DUI. The actress expressed her displeasure over Bynes’ lack of legal troubles on Twitter last night, tweeting “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has NO punishment(s) so far?”. Bynes, while not named specifically in the tweet, has starred in three different Nickelodeon shows, including The Amanda Show.
