Lindsay Lohan gets another year of probation

Lindsay Lohan is not going to jail… just yet.

LiLo was in court today where she had her probation extended another year so she can finish the alcohol education classes she ordered to complete.

Lindsay was originally sentenced to probation in August 2007 following a second DUI conviction.

In true fashion, she was over an hour and a half late, forcing Judge Marsha N. Revel to say, “If someone doesn’t hurry up and get here I might kill someone. She should be here now.”

The prosecutor gave a firm statement at the end of the hearing saying that if Lindsay fails to complete her classes in the next year jail will be the only answer.

A progress hearing for the case is scheduled for December 15th.
