Lindsay Lohan suing E-Trade over baby ad

Lindsay Lohan apparently owns the rights to the name Lindsay – or so she thinks.

LiLo is suing financial company E-Trade claiming a “milkaholic” baby in their Super Bowl ad was based on her. Lindsay is known for her booze and drug problem, this baby has a milk problem, get it?

The best part of this ridiculous story though is that Lindsay is suing for $100 million! Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, told the New York Post that LiLo feels she has the same one-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna. Of course, she does! “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit,” Ovadia added.
