After three EP’s, two tours, and millions of screaming girls, Cody Simpson has finally released his debut album Paradise. Set to be officially released on October 2, Paradise was worth the wait. While most of Simpson’s songs on the new record fit into his discography of breezy accompaniments to a lazy day in the summer, tracks like Back To You and Hello show growth and maturity from the singer’s debut EP 4U.

While Simpson has already released the track Got Me Good and teased his next single with a lyric video for Be The One, all of Paradise’s contents could easily be considered contenders for release as singles. Known for his break out collaboration with Flo Rida for iYiYi, Simpson continues working with complimentary artists, including newcomer Becky G on his song Wish U Were Here and Canadian Victoria Duffield on They Don’t Know About Us, which recently appeared on Duffield’s debut Shut Up And Dance.

Simpson is currently on tour in the US and UK in support of his debut album Paradise, which you can listen to now in First Spin.
