Only a week after Lil Wayne (the Young Money man) makes a point of bashing Pusha T (of the G.O.O.D. Music camp) in Goulish, he unleashes a track called My Homie Still featuring Big Sean (another G.O.O.D. Music man). The track is supposed to support Lil Wayne’s late summer album release of I Am Not a Human Being 2.
Because the collaboration clearly pits Big Sean in the middle of a feud between Young Money and G.O.O.D. Music, it would make for some awkward situations. In an interview with Philadelphia radio station Wired 96.5FM Big Sean commented, ““I think beef is weak. Crack is wack. I don’t encourage that. Yeah, I’m cool with Pusha T, I’m cool with everybody. The thing is, people gotta understand that we got no point in beefing. We got families to take care of, we got moms to take care of… I ain’t about to be over here arguing with nobody. We all on the same team,” Big Sean explained. “We all young men, black men, black, white, it doesn’t matter, but just entrepreneurs trying to get it.”
Listen to My Homie Still by Lil Wayne featuring Big Sean below and let us know if you were in the same situation as Big Sean, would you be awkward or cool in the comments section.
