Gawd. Dang. This remix is so freakin’ good. It seems only fitting that the two artists Spears would chose to remix the second single off Femme Fatale would be Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj. Minaj, as we reported earlier this month, has been slated as the opening act for Spears’ upcoming tour after Enrique Iglesias backed out. Ke$ha, who has never sang with the pop princess, has in fact written a few songs for Britney, including Till The World Ends, which she co-wrote with Dr. Luke and Max Martin.
Ke$ha told Spin Magazine that the inspiration for the song came from “me imagining Spears and any female musician touring the world”, adding that “when you got out, and you’re having an amazing, magical night and you don’t want to go to sleep and you want it to last until the world ends.”
Check out the track below! Which do you prefer, the remix or original?
