Kanye West – Runaway short film.

This has been out for a while, but for those who have yet to see it. Kanye West is back in the game with his new “artsy” debut short film “Runaway”. The film includes appearances by his celeb friends like Selita Ebanks and Nicki Minaj’s voice alter egos. I don’t want to sum it up in a paragraph because it deserves your eyes to watch, so go watch it!

Oh Land

Naana Oland Fabricius aka Oh Land is all the buzz on the block. I’m slowly seeing her on all of my favourite music blogs (as I should). She is currently living in Brooklyn and although she has only released an EP, a full length album is due around the summer of 2011. She is adorable, has a beautiful voice, great style and she invents her own instruments… HELLO!!!!! She is awesome! Ps. she adds to my love of Scandinavia.

Middle Class Rut

Two boys from California formed Middle Class Rut a few years ago and their latest album, No Colour, No Name, is worth a listen. They have toured with bands such as Social Distortion, Them Crooked Vultures and Alice In Chains, The Bronx and and You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead. Check them out here!

Far East Movement

Such great guys. Real gentlemen and definitely have been raised right. Recently they were touring around with Mike Posner and they just released their video with Ryan Tedder last week. Go check it out on our fresh videos page! Side note, after the interview, the guys kept raving about my shades so we decided to swap for keepsies. You may just see my rocking those red shades one day!
