Lloyd Banks arrested

G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks was arrested in Kitchener, Ontario over the weekend for allegedly assaulting and robbing a promoter.

Authorities say Banks and three members of his entourage had a dispute with the promoter over payment for his show at Club NV in Brantford.

According to the promoter, he was then held against his will in Lloyd Banks’s hotel room, where he was assaulted and robbed.

Banks and his crew were charged with forceful confinement, aggravated assault and robbery. They’re scheduled to appear in court early this week.
